April 21, 2008 Over the past weekend the warm weather has brought out a number of bicycle theives. Police investigated several reports of stolen bikes throughout the Town of Durham. Very expensive mountain bikes have been reported stolen. Police did recover one bike. Police are reminding the public to lock up their bikes or put them away at night.

26 year old Durham female was arrested on April 18, 2008 and charged with two counts of bail violations. As part of her release on charges of possession of a controlled substance dating back to December 2007 she had been released with conditions, one being to report each Friday to the West Grey Police. On April 4 and 11 she failed to report. She is now being held for a bail hearing.
