May 6, 2008 West Grey Police investigated a break and enter at a new home under contruction on George St. E in the Town of Durham. Sometime overnight person(s) unknown entered the residence and removed several tools, which included a Stanley Trim Router, a Superior Brad gun, a Porter and Cable 2 inch nailer, and other tools. Police are still investigating.

May 10, 2008 West Grey Police investigated a stolen truck from a Lambton St. E address. The owner had left the keys in their vehicle overnight. The vehicle, a 2003 Ford F-150 extended cab was later located by OPP on Con 6 of Bruce Twp. The truck received no damage, however the keys for the truck are still missing. West Grey Police are investigating.
