22 year old Southgate man charged with Impaired Operation and Blood Alcohol Over 80 after a two vehicle collision in Durham.
On Thursday June 12/08 West Grey Police attended a two vehicle collision on Garafraxa St.S Durham. Officers observed the driver of the one vehicle to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to the Police station. He provided samples of his breath which revealed a blood alcohol level of twice the legal limit. He will appear in Walkerton court next week on the charges. There was no injuries as result of the collision
