West Grey Police are investigating eight thefts from motor vehicles overnight on Friday March 20, 2009. Person(s) unknown entered the unlocked vehicles and removed several items, including cash, cameras, personal effects etc. Police do have suspects in these thefts. Police are reminding the public once again to lock their vehicles and remove all items from sight.

Sunday March 22, 2009 West Grey Police investigated the theft of a 1999 Chrysler Intrepid. The vehicle was taken from the apt. building on Countess St. Durham. Later that day an off duty West Grey Police officer located the vehicle parked on Concession 8 of Brant Twp. The drivers window had been smashed out. Police are investigating.
