On September 6, 2015 a 39 year old male from Guelph was arrested as a result of incidents at a recreational park in Normanby Township. The incidents occurred on Sept. 6, 2015 at the park. The male was charged with 5 counts of sexual assault and 4 counts of assault, and breach of recognizance. There were 9 victims. The male was held for a bail hearing.

On September 9, 2015 West Grey Police Service were dispatched to the Durham Stor-All located at 250 Elm Street, Durham regarding a break enter and theft. Investigation reveals that unknown suspect(s) cut off and lock on a storage unit and once inside the suspect(s) stole a 48” LG TV.

Occurrence Type: Break and Enter in Bentinck
Details
On September 9, 2015 West Grey Police were dispatched to a break enter and theft located at a seasonal property on Concession 10 NDR in Bentinck Township. The incident occurred between Monday September 7, 2015 after 4:00pm and before Wednesday September 9, 2015 at 6:00pm. The main gate lock at the entrance to the property had been cut off, the suspect(s) entered the property and cut a lock off a storage sea container. The suspect(s) then removed a black 2015 Kawasaki KRF800 ORV Ontario licence plate 2CM31 valued at $13,000. And an Orange 2007 KTM 250cc dirt bike.

Details
On September 11, 2015 at approximately 8:40pm a 43 year old male from Mississauga was arrested as a result of 2 warrants held by Orangeville Police Service. Upon searching the accused and the motor vehicle that he was occupying, the accused was charged with 1 count of Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, 1 count of Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine, and 1 count of Fail to comply with Undertaking. The accused was held for a bail hearing on September 12, 2015 and was released on his own recognizance with a first court appearance on September 21, 2015 in Walkerton. The accused was transported to Orangeville Police Service on the strength of 2 warrants held by Orangeville Police.
