On the 3rd day of August 2016, Michael DUREGGER (32) of Durham, was intercepted by West Grey Police  and found to be in possession of a weapon and a large sum of money, along with numerous suspected illicit drugs including, approximately 50 grams of Fentanyl, 632 grams of marijuana, and large assortment of pills, methamphetamine and cocaine. Subsequent to Police investigation, DUREGGER was charged with multiple weapon and drug charges.

On the 31st day of January, 32 year old Michael DUREGGER attended the Walkerton Courthouse where he was sentenced to five years in prison after he pled guilty to being in Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and being in Possession of Cocaine, Methamphetamine and Fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking.

Michael DUREGGER (32) of Durham, was sentenced to 1,825 days of incarceration. The Crown told the court that a conservative estimated value of the drugs had they been sold by the ounce, would be sixteen thousand dollars.
