On Monday February 3rd, 2020 at approximately 11:10am, West Grey Police officers intercepted a man on Park Street in the Town of Durham who was wanted on outstanding fraud charges. The wanted man was found to be in possession of a snowmobile that had been stolen from a Neustadt residence in late January. A search of the accused’s belongings resulted in the discovery of a transparent plastic baggie containing forty-eight grams of what is believed to be Crystal Methamphetamine as well as various drug paraphernalia items including a digital scale and baggies.

 

Charged:

·         Dillon James IRWIN, 28, of no fixed address

Charges Include:

·         Make Forged Document

·         Use, deals, acts on forged Document

·         Fraud under $5000

·         Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

·         Possession of a controlled substance: Methamphetamine

·         Possession for the Purpose Trafficking: Methamphetamine

Subsequent to police investigation, 28 year old Dillon James IRWIN has been charged with numerous drug and fraud related offences.   The accused man was held in custody and was remanded until Wednesday February 5th 2020 when he is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton.
