Message from the Board Chair 

As we look ahead to the next four years, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the community for your invaluable input and engagement in helping shape our new guiding document, Strategic Plan 2025-2028.

Your voices, ideas, and feedback have been essential in setting our priorities and ensuring that our path forward reflects the needs and values of the people we serve. Together we have achieved much – strengthening community trust, enhancing public safety, and building meaningful partnerships that make our community safer and more connected.  These accomplishments are a testament to the dedication of our officers, staff and community members who work side by side every day.

As we move into a new chapter, we also acknowledge the change in command within our Service.  We thank our outgoing leadership for their vision and commitment, and we welcome the new leadership team as they take up the responsibility of guiding us forward.  With their direction, and the continued support of our community, we are confident that we will build upon our successes and meet the challenges ahead with integrity, innovation and collaboration.

 Thank you for being our partners in policing and for your ongoing trust and support.  Together, we will continue to make a positive difference for everyone in our community.
