During the week of March 3rd – March 10th officers responded to 90 calls for service.
Over an approximately 3-day period between March 7th – 10th police dealt with a male several times, in a string of occurrences. This male had been released from provincial custody just days prior. Several property crimes were reported and the male was charged with failure to comply with release orders x10, disturbing the peace, mischief, indecent exhibition, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a schedule one substance. The male also attempted to damage the West Grey Police Station and was subsequently charged with arson. The male was seen before the Ontario Court of Justice, Walkerton and was remanded into provincial custody.
